Scope: Soheil Mosun Limited was contracted to complete the design, engineering, fabrication and installation of the balustrades, column covers, monumental stair cases, reception desk, balcony guardrails, glass bridge and other architectural elements.
Highlights: Soheil Mosun Limited was asked to design and value engineer the Hub Cafe counter top and railings to reduce the cost of this item by forty percent from the original awarded price. Our team met this target budget and produced a more attractive and efficient design from the original intent, far exceeding customer expectations.
