Scope: Soheil Mosun Limited was contracted by EllisDon for the rehabilitation of the Bank of Montreal-John A. MacDonald building located at 144 Wellington Street in Ottawa, Ontario. The building was originally built in 1932.

Highlights: Monumental bronze staircase with glass balustrades and stone treads mounted to bronze clad stringers with solid bronze railings in the atrium. More bronze railings throughout the building including switch plate covers, grates and floor plates. Speaker columns and benches in main hall on second floor are custom fabricated using architectural bronze mesh, walnut and leather. Patinated column cladding throughout the interior of the building. Door frames of 3/4" solid bronze, custom patinated at the entrances. Bronze patinated inlays to the interior stone walls. Bronze patinated finials and mullions support the glazing for the building envelope.
